  I would like to thank Gary for his professional, efficient and caring handling of the final arrangements of my cousin. Gary was always kind and courteous and a wealth of information. He was always available to answer any questions and was very diligent about keeping in contact and keeping me informed. He handled a messy family situation with tact and I will forever appreciate that. I also appreciate that he was very transparent about his pricing, this took the guessing (and worrying about practical matters) out of making arrangements. His inclusion of the ID viewing in the direct cremation is very compassionate, and it gave my family a sense of closure. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone needing funeral services in Youngstown.

  If first impressions are any judge of character, Gary is like no funeral director I have ever met. Absolutely no pressure to spend more than you want to. Very down to earth and caring. I think he will do very well! Answered all our questions, gave us peace of mind.

  During hard times like losing a loved one it is hard to do things that are needed while still mourning. Gary was incredibly patient, kind and understanding. He answered all of our questions and was available to help any other concerns we had. We highly recommend gary to anyone needing guidance and someone who genuinely cares during this hard time.
